Build NIMBUS Network Service

Description: Create the NIMBUS service to route and match orders between NIP-X, NIP-Y, and NIP-Z. Tasks:

Implement order routing logic in nimbus-service/.
Integrate WebSockets or Nostr for real-time order communication.
Add logging and error handling mechanisms.
